They estimated an hour but got us in way sooner, they were friendly and understanding. They were able to exam and schedule a surgery for the next day they went over the process and made it so easy for our dog and us. Recovery is going great! Would recommended to anyone with an urgent pet issue.
It was one of the worst days of my life and Crown Vet was there for me. My 12 year old Pug was in Congestive Heart Failure and having difficulty breathing. I called my vet to get her in and they could not get me in until late afternoon. I knew my dog was in distress and called Crown Urgent Care and they said bring her right in. My baby passed away in my arms on the way to Crown Urgent Care. When I arrived they had 4 people waiting for me in the lobby to take Olive. They were so compassionate and caring. They cleaned her up and wrapped her in a blanket and brought her into a room with me so I could say my goodbyes. I would highly recommend Crown Urgent vet. They were very compassionate and empathetic toward me. I felt among friends. The sign outside of their building is true. They truly treat you and your pet like royalty.
The staff was incredible and the doctor who helped us gave such great, detailed information. My dog needed to go into emergency surgery and he was so efficient with testing before hand and called and arranged everything with the emergency hospital we needed to go to. I also love that they have you wait at home until it’s your turn, this helps tremendously with keeping my dog calm and less anxious.
Matt was super nice when I called. This was my first time calling them. They got me in quickly and ran tests and sent off to see what was going on with my little dog. They were extremely nice and caring. They let me know the results as soon as they got them back. Dr Card was super nice and helpful. I will definitely go there again. Thank you all.
Recently, my wife and I had to make a difficult decision to take our 14 year old dog Kevin to Crown Urgent Vet. Unfortunately, Kevin was in critical condition with little chance of recovery. The staff at Crown Urgent Vet were incredibly compassionate and supportive to both us and Kevin. They ensured that the process of putting Kevin down was peaceful. We are forever grateful to Crown Urgent Vet for their kindness and care they took for Kevin’s situation and we will cherish the beautiful Terracotta paw print as a lasting memory. Very impressed with Crown UrgentVet! We were visiting Mesa and our 17-yr-old border collie, Sally, started having some issues. Found Crown UrgentVet online. Called them and our dog was seen within a couple hours. Vet prescribed three medications. Sally’s symptoms went away pretty quickly. We were so relieved. Whole experience was very positive.
I am so happy to have found Crown. I now have two vets to help take care of my fur babies. I was very pleased with everyone involved when I had an emergency with my little dog who is 16 years old. Thanks for getting me in right away.

I would recommend Crown Urgent Vet to anyone in need of an emergency appointment when your vet is unable to get you in. The whole process is amazing. The doctor was very knowledgeable not pushy at all. Just very helpful.
